POLICIES
We want you to be happy with your personalized products. If you have a questions when
ordering, please ask us and we’ll help you. Email us at orders@name-on.com or call us

When you choose a thread color and product color combination, be sure that you are
choosing a combination that will allow the threads to show up against the background
color. See the examples throughout the website for ideas or contact us if you have
questions. We will make what is indicated by your order, and because they are custom
ordered, you need to be sure of your selection before ordering. We will not refund your
payment due to your dissatisfaction with your selection of colors or combinations.

Note: Actual colors may vary from the pictures shown on the website due to dye-lot
variations and the effects of flash photography and web-optimizing photos. Pictures
shown are approximations of color.

For Orders other than Personalized Napkins: We will ship orders of 12 or fewer products
within 7 business days or less after the date of payment. Rush orders are possible at an
additional charge. Contact us if you want to discuss a special need you have for a rush
order and we’ll try to assist you and meet your needs. Orders of more than 12 items will
ship within 10 business days or less from the date of payment. It is our goal to get your
custom order to you as soon as possible. Your selected shipping method will then
determine the amount of time the shipment is in transit.

For Orders of Personalized Napkins: Standard Production time for Custom
Embroidered Napkin sets is 3 weeks from the time of order. In some circumstances, rush
orders are possible, so contact us if you have a rush need. Orders of over 600
embroidered napkins may take up to 4 weeks in some circumstances. For orders of
personalized napkins, please select only the shipping method that states it is for
shipments of personalized napkins.

We use USPS shipping methods and you can view their policies at USPS.com. We
cannot control or guarantee the USPS services -- we have had good experience with the
services, and once we give USPS your package, we have confidence in them to deliver
according to their policies. For international shipments (shipments to locations outside
of the USA) please note that any customs charges, tariffs or taxes will be the sole
responsibility of the customer. Customs and international regulations can cause orders
to be delayed or detained in the shipping process. We cannot control the shipment
once we ship it out to the customer in the international mail.

Full payment must be received by us prior to our digitizing or preparing your order. We
accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept checks, except some
institutional customer checks. If you have a large order and a special payment method
needed, please contact us to discuss your request. Orders of over $1,500.00 require
wire transfer prepayment for new customers. All prices are in US Dollars, and all
payments must be in US Dollars.

Digitizing is the skill of making a set of stitch data for the computerized embroidery
machine to apply in stitching your image. Skill, experience, and sophisticated specialized
computer software is needed for this time-consuming and detailed process. Each stitch
(designs are thousands of stitches) must be recorded by the computer. Digitizing Fees
for the custom logo products must be paid prior to the digitizing work commencing. The
digitized computer data remains the property of American Gift & Embroidery, L.L.C. You
will not pay a digitizing fee for re-orders on your identical image. However, we will not
provide the digitized data to you.

Because we are a custom order company, we will be making your products especially for
you, and all orders are inspected for quality assurance, refunds will not be provided.
Additionally, exchanges will not be provided. These are Custom Orders and therefore
they are final sales. Order carefully and we are sure you will be happy with your items. If
you want to purchase an advance sample, make that request. We do not routinely
provide advance samples, but a bulk order customer may purchase an advance sample
in many (although not all) custom order situations, if the customer so requests.

By ordering our products through the internet or by telephone, you are agreeing to
these policies as terms and conditions of the sale.

We reserve the right to post your finished product with logo or image on our website as
an example of our work. If you do not want your logo posted as an example, please notify
us in writing, and we will honor your request.

Sales tax is added if you order from within the State of Florida.
